11.2 Binding Arbitration (US Users)

Exceptions: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@cloudaffi.com within 30 days of first using CloudAffi.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

§12 Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to CloudAffi at any time, for any reason, without notice
• Remove or disable any content or tools at our discretion
• Cease operation of CloudAffi at any time

Upon termination, your license to use CloudAffi immediately ends. Provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

§13 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
